1. Open the Settings app, then tap Screen Time.
2. To see your Screen Time report, tap See All App & Website Activity
Samsung
1. Open the settings application.
2. Scroll down to find and select the ‘Digital Wellbeing and Parental Controls' option.
3. The users then need to click on ‘Show your Data’ from the tools on the top of the page it is a graph like image on the top
Reflection questions: How do I currently define "abundant life"? How does this definition align or conflict with the idea of abundance that comes through sacrifice as outlined in the sermon?What are the areas in my life where I am holding onto control or comfort? What specific sacrifices is God calling me to make in order to follow Jesus more closely? In what ways have I delighted and grown in love with God in the past? How can I create rhythms to do that on a regular basis?
