My Role at Ross Road Community Church: Lead Pastor
My family: Jenny and I have been married since 2009; we welcomed our son Joshua in 2013 and our daughter Kenzi in 2014.
How long have we been at Ross Road: I grew up at Ross Road! I began my ministry journey here as a student ministries intern in 2007 and became Associate Pastor of Student Ministries in 2009, a role that I enjoyed until 2015 when I began full-time seminary studies at Mennonite Brethren Biblical Seminary. God opened the door for further ministry at RRCC at the conclusion of my studies and I am thrilled to be serving in the church that I have spent my entire life.
Favourite verse or life verse: 1 Corinthians 15:58: Therefore, my dear brothers and sisters, stand firm. Let nothing move you. Always give yourselves fully to the work of the Lord, because you know that your labor in the Lord is not in vain.
A few of my favourite things/hobbies: I’m an avid sports fan. I played a lot of hockey growing up and am a staunch supporter of the Canucks.
